I'm Derek, a runner, a metalhead, and a UESCA Certified Run Coach. I've been running to heavy music my whole life and I believe the right soundtrack changes everything about how you train.

I build custom training plans and custom playlists, because what you hear on your longest run is just as important as the miles that built up to it. Sleep Token on a long run hits different. BMTH when you want to quit hits different. That's the point.
